Built on straight answers
Founded in 1987, Marlowe Reid has grown into a firm of attorneys across two offices without losing the habits of a small one.

Clients rarely come to a lawyer on a good day. They come when a deal is on the line, a family is coming apart or a business is being sued. What they need is an honest view of where they stand, a plan, and someone who picks up the phone.
That is the firm our founder set out to build, and it is still how we work. Partners lead every matter. Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Bad news is delivered early.
We are large enough to staff a three-week trial and small enough that the managing partner knows your name.
What we hold ourselves to
Candor
We tell you what we think your case is worth and how long it will take, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.
Preparation
Every matter is prepared as if it will go to trial. That preparation is what moves the other side to settle on fair terms.
Access
You will have your partner's direct number. Calls are returned the same business day, and you will never be passed between juniors.
Teamwork
Our practice groups work as one firm. A business dispute that touches employment or property draws on the right people from day one.
